Sustainabilty isn't just about finances, it's about creating lasting systems that support everyone.

An Integrated Education Ecosystem

We Care About Our People

By removing insurance and revenue dependent business decisions, our model enables educators and providers to collaboratively focus on what each child and family truly needs—especially as that changes over time.

With this progressive and human-centered approach, we can measure positive outcomes and, over time, see how they compare to the outcomes of traditional approaches. Research shows progressive approaches lead to better outcomes—we need a system that supports progression. See the benefits of this model below!

Who We Are

Educators, Early Intervention Clinicians, Administrators, Program Managers, Operations Experts, and Vendors.

Our Timeline

We’re currently working to raise social impact funds to plan and build this properly. See below for our timing estimate.

Where?

We’ll be building in our hometown of Portland, Oregon!

Starting with Preschool

We’re opening a school that has clinical and special education support all in one system. No insurance, no standardization for the sake of budget or ease, and no external restrictions.

Our plan is to begin with a preschool that has fully integrated supports and grow along with our first cohort—adding a new cohort each year—all the way through high school.

People are at the core of everything we do—our clients, their families, and the professionals who support them. By prioritizing human dignity and well-being for every human within the system, we will redefine what it means to deliver education and therapeutic services ethically. This is a peek at what our plan entails:

Workforce Empowerment:

  • Sensory-friendly staff spaces

  • Open collaboration & ethical autonomy

  • Equitable and empathetic leadership

Workforce Transformation:

  • Ongoing in-house training programs

  • On-site childcare (free to staff)

  • Employee planned, employer sponsored, staff gatherings

  • Flexible time off policies

  • Transparent pay tiers (published online)

Workforce Stability:

  • Professional development programs

  • Wellness benefits in addition to health insurance

  • Snacks, beverages, and drinks provided freely

  • Safety materials provided freely

  • Salaries not tied to outages or cancellations

  • Pay above current industry max

Practical Scenarios

Our Model

We provide integrated education and therapeutic support in one place, ensuring consistency, reducing stress, and allowing families to focus on what truly matters—connection and growth.

    - A single, unified team collaborating across education and therapy
    - Streamlined communication and support
    - Less logistical burdens (more family time!)

Families struggle to coordinate between schools, therapies, and specialists, leading to inconsistent support, miscommunication, and overwhelming schedules.

Navigating a Fragmented System

How?

Social Impact Investing

We kicked off fundraising mid January! We're in the process of meeting with potential investors to find the right partner. The type of investors we're talking to focus on social impact metrics and long-term financial stability as the return on their investment (instead of profits).

Duration: likely 6 months

With full transparency, this is how we'll ensure this value is sustainably delivered.

Why?

We’re doing this because we’ve experienced the gaps—the ways people are too often placed into systems that focus on their deficits rather than their strengths. We’ve seen how families are made to feel like they need to fight for their kids to just belong because of marginalization due to societal views on what “normal” means.

We’ve seen how people are struggling to even pay their bills while working these high-stress jobs (education, clinical support, special ed, etc.) whose leadership prioritizes financial gain over humane practices and client outcomes. And we’ve seen how all of this leads to a siloed and oppressive society that burns people out consistently across neurotypes, that alienates people who are different, that reduces access to basic social needs, and that lacks representation and true accountability at the top.

This is not how it should be.

Community

Every person deserves a system that fully includes and supports them—real community. A place where everyone can learn in real ways, with real experiences, surrounded by those who truly see, accept, and celebrate them for who they are. This isn’t just about integrating therapies or educational strategies; it’s about building a world where people can connect to their communities and to themselves without compromise.
