Jamie is a behavioral professional and business management consultant with a passion for creating systems that honor neurodiversity, autonomy, and meaningful connection. In her clinical practice as an RBT & RBAI, Jamie focuses on trauma-informed, assent-based care that prioritizes each individual’s agency. She is deeply committed to fostering safe, collaborative environments where children and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Her business career has included over a decade of consulting across industries, from healthcare to aerospace and beyond, where she’s helped organizations of all sizes grow through strategic planning, leadership development, and behavioral insights. This unique blend of clinical and business expertise fuels her vision for building inclusive, sustainable systems that work for everyone.
As a neurodivergent professional, Jamie brings a personal perspective to her work, along with a commitment to advancing equity and representation. She currently serves on HLO's ABA regulation oversight committee, advocating for ethical, inclusive practices in the field for both clients and the workforce.

Chelsea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a deep focus on fostering meaningful independence for Autistic individuals. Since entering the field in 2019, she has worked passionately to support children in building essential skills that help them navigate their social environments and live fuller, self-directed lives.
Chelsea’s approach is rooted in respect and collaboration, ensuring that each individual’s voice is heard and their goals are authentically their own. Her expertise lies in understanding how children uniquely interact with their environments and adapting strategies that honor their strengths rather than trying to fit them into traditional molds.
A champion of assent-based practices, Chelsea emphasizes collaboration not only with her clients and their families but also with interdisciplinary professionals such as speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. Her dedication to integrating diverse approaches has made her an advocate for universal design and holistic care.
Chelsea’s dedication to this work is guided by one core principle: ensuring every person feels valued, respected, and empowered to live life on their own terms.

Better together!
We bring a balance of strengths, vision, and unwavering commitment to building something extraordinary. Our partnership thrives on mutual respect and a shared belief in creating systems that truly support their people. With a foundation of trust, collaboration, and complementary skill sets, we challenge and inspire each other to think bigger and lead with both heart and strategy. Where one of us sees the big picture, the other brings it into focus; where one takes bold steps forward, the other ensures the foundation is strong. It’s this synergy—rooted in our unique experiences and aligned values—that makes us such a strong team, ready to reimagine what inclusion and community can look like.
Oversight & Accountability Board
Our oversight and accountability board is the heart of our mission: to govern with integrity, equity, and real-world insight. Made up of advocates and individuals with lived experience across neurodiversity, education, early intervention, and nonprofit leadership, this progressive board ensures that every decision we make reflects the needs of those we serve. In industries too often dominated by outdated practices and detached leadership, listening to voices with lived experience is not just vital—it’s the missing key to meaningful, lasting change. Our board doesn’t just offer oversight; it actively shapes our policies, operations, and outcomes, holding us accountable to our values and ensuring that human-centered, progressive principles guide every level of our organization. By amplifying the perspectives of those who’ve been most impacted by systemic gaps, we’re building a model of governance that is transparent, inclusive, and truly transformative.
